Our Story
We started as four founders from different corners of the problem.
Reserve-study operations, enterprise software, product & go-to-market, and institutional finance - who kept seeing the same bottleneck: a critical process still held together by paper notes, photo folders, and sprawling spreadsheets.
After dozens of workshops with leading RSPs and community managers across the U.S., we mapped the entire lifecycle and built the system we wished we’d had.

Stuart is a licensed reserve specialist with over 20 years of industry experience leading one of the East Coast's top firms. He’s spent most of that time conducting reserve studies, working with community leaders and developing a strong instinct for what really matters most to both association managers and board members. Over the years, he’s compared notes and workflows with reserve professionals across the country, turning those insights into a clear, practical approach to capital planning.
Ivan Kupresanin
Ivan has spent over a decade building software for complex, high-stakes industries - shipping products that handled hundreds of thousands of transactions monthly where errors meant lost revenue and broken trust. He’s learned that the best tools come from understanding workflows deeply, not just automating them. At PropFusion, he leads product and engineering with that same principle: listening closely to how reserve specialists, managers, and boards actually work, then building technology that makes their jobs easier, faster, and more accurate.
Jovan Babovic
A designer-turned-marketer with 15+ years of experience and work across 100+ software companies, Jovan brings a sharp understanding of how products are evaluated, adopted, and trusted.
